TikTok Shop management
A team that already runs TikTok Shop stores every day
TikTok Shop punishes stores that treat it like a marketplace listing exercise. It rewards a weekly rhythm of content, creators, and campaign adjustment. We run that rhythm on stores of our own, and we can run it on yours.
- Listed in the official TikTok Shop partner directory
- Daily operating experience in Southeast Asia, plus US store support
- Margin reported from settlement statements, not dashboard GMV
What running the store includes
Store setup and compliance
Account registration, category and qualification requirements, shipping templates, and the policy traps that get new stores restricted.
Listings that can be found
Titles, images, attributes, and variant structure built around what buyers in that market actually search for — not translated Chinese copy.
Content production
Short-form video and product imagery produced continuously, because creative decay is the usual reason ad performance drops.
Creator and affiliate outreach
Finding relevant creators, sending samples, negotiating commission, and keeping the ones who sell rather than the ones with the biggest follower count.
Ad operations
Campaign structure, bidding, and budget split between acquisition and retargeting, reviewed against settlement data rather than dashboard GMV.
Profit accounting
We reconcile against platform settlement statements — after returns, failed deliveries, and ad spend — so you know the real margin, not the gross order value.
How we start
- 1
We review your product, target market, and current store (if you have one) and say plainly whether we think it can work
- 2
You get a scope proposal: which markets, what we run, what stays on your side, and how performance will be reported
- 3
Store setup or handover, then listings and the first content batch go live
- 4
Weekly operating cadence: content shipped, creators contacted, campaigns adjusted, and a settlement-based margin report
We would rather turn down a product that cannot carry the ad cost in a given market than take the fee and report activity for three months. If we think that is your situation, you will hear it in the first conversation.
Questions before you hand over a store
Which markets do you run TikTok Shop stores in?
Our day-to-day operating experience is in Southeast Asia — the Philippines in particular — plus support for US stores. If your target market is one we do not run stores in ourselves, we will say so rather than learn on your budget.
Are you an official TikTok Shop partner?
Yes. “领霄出海 — 全链路资源对接” is listed in the official TikTok Shop partner directory and you can find it by searching that name inside your own Seller Center. Partner status describes channel access and account support — it is not a performance guarantee from the platform.
Do you guarantee a certain ROAS or sales volume?
No. Anyone promising a fixed ROAS on TikTok Shop is either hiding the conditions or planning to blame you when it misses. We commit to the work and to honest reporting against settlement data, not to a number we do not control.
Do I need to ship inventory somewhere first?
Not necessarily. Depending on market and volume, orders can ship from China, from a local warehouse, or per-order through our fulfillment service. We work out which is cheaper for your product before you commit to stock.
Can you take over a store that is already running?
Yes, and it is often the better starting point because there is real data. We start by reconciling your settlement, return, and ad reports to find where margin is actually leaking before changing anything.
Who owns the store and the account?
You do. We operate under your account with the access level you grant, and access can be withdrawn when the engagement ends.
Tell us about the store
Existing store or starting fresh, we will tell you what we would do in the first month.
