Common questions
Can I use only one service, or do I have to bundle everything?
Any service can be used on its own. Buyers often start with sourcing only, or with inspection on an order they already placed themselves, and add fulfillment or TikTok Shop management later.
Do you work with small orders?
Yes. MOQ typically starts around 50–500 units depending on the category, and inspection or fulfillment can be arranged for smaller runs. Very small one-off orders are usually better served by retail channels, and we will tell you if that is the case.
How do you charge?
Sourcing is normally a percentage of order value or a flat project fee for small runs. Inspection and fulfillment are quoted per job or per order. Shipping and customs are quoted separately. You get the fee structure in writing before you commit.
Are you a trading company or an agent?
We act as your agent in China: you see the supplier options and pricing, and we are paid for the service rather than by hiding a margin in the product price. For phone repair parts we also sell directly from stock.
