Fulfillment questions
How is this different from ordering on a marketplace app?
Marketplace dropshipping apps resell someone else’s listing, so you inherit whatever the seller does that week — silent product changes, stockouts, and packaging you never see. We source from the factory, hold stock, and pack to your spec, which costs more per unit and breaks far less often.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on destination and line: tracked economy services to the US and UK typically take one to two weeks, faster express services a few days at higher cost. We quote the options per market so you can decide what your margin can carry.
Is there a minimum order volume?
There is no minimum to start a test batch. Holding stock in China for you generally starts to make sense from steady weekly volume, and below that we can still ship per order from supplier stock.
Can you include my branded inserts and packaging?
Yes. Cards, stickers, printed inserts, and branded outer packaging can be produced in China and used on every order. This is usually cheaper than shipping your own packaging to us.
What happens with returns?
Returning single low-value units to China rarely makes economic sense, so most sellers refund or replace locally. We help by keeping defect rates visible and pushing recurring problems back to the factory — reducing returns beats processing them.
Do you integrate with my store platform?
Order files can be exchanged in a spreadsheet or CSV format that fits your platform’s export, and tracking numbers come back the same way. Tell us which platform you sell on and we will confirm the workflow before you commit.
