FAQ

Questions we get asked before the first order

Fees, minimums, lead times, what breaks, and what we will not promise. If your question is not here, the answer is one email away — we would rather answer it before you order than after.

Sourcing from China

What does a China sourcing agent actually do?

A sourcing agent is your representative on the ground: finding factories, checking that they are real manufacturers rather than resellers, negotiating price and MOQ, arranging samples, inspecting production, and coordinating shipping. You keep the buying decisions; the agent removes the language, distance, and verification problems.

What are your sourcing fees?

Sourcing is normally a percentage of order value, or a flat project fee for smaller runs. Inspection, shipping, and customs are quoted separately rather than bundled into the unit price, so you can see what each part costs.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ typically starts around 50–500 units depending on category and whether the product is stock or custom. Custom packaging and modifications raise it. Tell us your target volume and we will say whether it is workable before you invest time.

How long does production take?

For stock products, days. For custom production, commonly two to five weeks after sample approval, longer around Chinese New Year and Golden Week — when factory lead times stretch and freight prices spike. Plan seasonal launches around those dates.

Quality control and shipping

Can you inspect goods I sourced myself?

Yes. Pre-shipment inspection is available as a standalone service on any order, with no requirement to use our sourcing service.

Which countries do you ship to?

The US, UK, EU, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, and other markets, using sea freight, air freight, express, and dedicated lines depending on weight, urgency, and product restrictions.

How long does shipping from China take?

Roughly: express three to seven days, air freight one to two weeks door to door, sea freight three to six weeks plus customs. Sea is dramatically cheaper per unit but only makes sense if your stock planning can absorb the wait.

Who handles customs and duties?

It depends on the terms. We can ship on a delivered-duty-paid basis where the freight quote includes duty, or hand off to your own customs broker. We prepare the documentation either way, and we will tell you which option is cheaper for your product.

Phone repair parts

Do you sell phone repair parts to shops outside China?

Yes. Replacement screens for iPhone and Samsung are sold wholesale to repair businesses, with tiered pricing by volume and A / A- / B grade options.

Why do screens sometimes not fit the model I ordered for?

Because some model groups share a panel while other models look almost identical but differ in connector or flex design. Confirming the model group before ordering — not the marketing name — is what prevents unusable stock.

Will True Tone and Face ID still work after a screen replacement?

It varies by model, panel type, and whether pairing is preserved. Public teardowns and repair-community reports show some aftermarket screens keeping these features and others losing them. Our aftermarket screen guide goes through what is reported in detail.

TikTok Shop

Are you an official TikTok Shop partner?

Yes. “领霄出海 — 全链路资源对接” appears in the official TikTok Shop partner directory and can be found by searching that name from inside your own Seller Center. Partner status reflects channel access and account support, not a performance guarantee from the platform.

Do you guarantee sales or a fixed ROAS?

No, and we would treat anyone who does with suspicion. We commit to the operating work and to reporting margin against platform settlement statements rather than dashboard GMV.

Which markets do you operate TikTok Shop stores in?

Our hands-on operating experience is concentrated in Southeast Asia, the Philippines especially, with support for US stores. If your target market is outside that, we will say so rather than experiment on your budget.

About the company

Are you a registered company?

Yes — a limited liability company registered in Shenzhen, China, established in 2016. The registered name, Unified Social Credit Code, legal representative, and address are published on our About page and can be checked against China’s official company registry.

How quickly do you reply to inquiries?

Within 24 hours on business days, China time (UTC+8). Inquiries that include product, target market, and volume get a substantive first reply instead of a request for more information.

What languages do you work in?

English and Chinese. Account managers handling overseas buyers work in English.
